What is terminthos infectious and what causes it?
Infectious terminitis is caused by a virus that infects the skin (POX virus) and is transmitted by direct skin contact. It is a viral infection that occurs very often in children. Also in adults it can appear in the genital area with direct skin contact due to sexual intercourse.

Ringworm needs treatment because it is a contagious viral skin infection. The treatment can be done with special forceps,
cryotherapy, diathermocoagulation, laser. Ask your dermatologist about it.
